ARLINGTON ISD BAG POLICY
Arlington ISD Clear Bag Policy
The Arlington ISD has a Clear Bag Policy for events at all venues, including stadiums, arenas, gymnasiums, auditoriums, fine arts facilities, school campuses, etc.
The following items are permitted:
Fans and visitors will be allowed to bring ONE (1) of the following styles and size bags:
*Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceeding 12” x 6”x 12”
*One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
*Small clutch bag that is approximately the size of a hand (4.5” X 6.5”) with or without a handle or strap
*Diaper bags are allowed if they are accompanied by an infant/small child
*Simple seat cushions (with or without a back) without pockets, zippers, compartments or covers
*Binoculars, phones, or cameras can be carried into the stadium as long as they are not in an unapproved bag.
*Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items
The following items are prohibited:
*Purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, backpacks, briefcases, fanny packs, cinch bags, computer bags, camera bags, luggage bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size.
*Additionally, animals (service animals are allowed), sports balls of any kind, coolers, drones, alcohol, laser pointers, glitter, confetti, streamers, baby powder or similar substance, skates, skateboards, bicycles, weapons or projectiles, mace or pepper spray, and any other illegal substances or contraband are also prohibited.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Arlington High School).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
